Director of Business & Finance

Caroline Mackey serves as Director of Business & Finance for K1 Marketing Agency in The Bahamas. She brings 24 years of experience in the construction industry, where she has worked directly with customers, coordinated workflow and helped keep projects and daily operations organized.

Caroline also brings hands-on leadership experience from the Bahamian tourism industry, including managing operations at a Nassau swimming-pig attraction during the early growth of the destination’s internationally recognized swimming-pig tourism market.

Currently completing her business degree, Caroline combines formal business education with decades of practical experience in customer service, workflow coordination, tourism operations and team leadership. She oversees K1’s business and financial operations while supporting its e-commerce development, administrative structure and long-term growth.

Ngozi Cash
Regional & Technical Director

Ngozi Cash is the Regional and Technical Director of K1 Marketing Agency and the creator of K1 Autopilot’s tourism-focused digital marketing systems. Based in Nassau, The Bahamas, she specializes in helping tour operators, charter companies and service businesses transform everyday photographs and phone footage into booking-focused videos, website content and social media campaigns.

Ngozi oversees campaign strategy, content production, client communications and digital systems for K1 tourism clients, including Mutton Fish Tours and You Only Live Once. Her work connects authentic customer experiences with clear calls to action designed to generate visibility, inquiries, collaborations and direct bookings.
